Now, November

Another couple of busy months and it is November and almost the end of another year. September and October went in a flash. In September a demo at Westfield Plaza in Parramatta, which was great fun and then October and Good Food Month, with lots of eating. Lovely ‘Lets do Lunches’ at great restaurants, equally great dinners and the Night Noodle Markets at Hyde Park. So much fun. Last week a demo at the Strathfield Food Festival and now its time to head off North to Queensland for a little break.

I have been experimenting with traditional Sri Lankan ingredients and flavours, but putting my own spin on them and these have proved popular at the recent demos.

I will post these recipes during the coming year, in the meantime look out for my cooking class at Sydney Cooking School, Neutral Bay, Sydney late in November where I will be cooking sweet, sour, hot & spicy ingredients
