I was fortunate to be invited to the launch of Singapore a takeout on 12 March at Campbell’s Cove, Sydney.
The shipping-container-turned-kitchen and its attached 30-seat restaurant featured some of the best regional cuisine served up by the team from one of Singapore’s well known restaurant: Iggy’s [Ignatius Chan] Tetsuya was the local guest chef and the food served was simply the best.
