Welcome to 2013 & Summer

Goodbye 2012, and hello 2013
Another year begins and so much to look forward to. 2012 was an eventful and busy year: lots of travel, lots of cooking and a new way of life. It started off with going to Fiji for the South Pacific Food & Wine Festival and ended with Cooking classes and even more cooking in between. I also completed my book, which I worked on almost all year, cooking, writing and illustrating – it is being printed now and will be released for sale in March. It was hard work and yet enjoyable. Hard, because I had to juggle the work between other commitments as well as appearing in MasterChef Allstars in July.
I did manage trips overseas: Singapore, Fiji, Seoul and Kuala Lumpur.

This year, in fact in a few days, I will be travelling to Sri Lanka and am really excited at the prospect – Tour / demonstrations. Read all about it in the travel section. A few days in Kerala at the end of January and then back to Sydney in time for more demos/appearances as ambassador for Seniors week, and then the launch of the book at the end of March early April.

I have another couple of exciting projects in the pipeline and will post details later.

Meanwhile, lots to be done, Summer is well and truly in, the agapanthus are blossoming their heads off and the herbs and vegetable thriving – welcome to another year….
