Braised rainbow radishes

Directions

1 bunch radishes washed and sliced thinly – save the tender leaves as well. Sauté in a little butter and olive oil with some sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Add a splash of verjuice or a little dry white wine and cook until just tender. Drizzle with olive oil and serve on grilled sour dough bread.
