Pan fried Haloumi and greens on toast

Directions
Pan fry slices of haloumi in a lightly oiled pan until golden brown and edges are charred.
Spread mashed avocado on slices of toasted seed bread along with baby rocket, nasturtium leaves and petals of flowers, top with the slices of Haloumi and sprinkle with crushed smoked almonds. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and enjoy with a glass of chilled rosé.
